Those images are the closest thing shown to progress in weeks.

He actually never really stopped getting progress done, its just that most of the times the updates are to things that screenshots just wont convey.

NEW SPECIAL:

Head Tosser ( alternate title: Dont lose my head! ) :
Buu slaps his head down on the ground angrily.

Depending on strenght the head repositions itself ( behind buu, where it hit the floor or beyond Buu) and remains in wait as a puddle.

When the command is used again the head pops back up and rushes on to buu, it will bite anything in its way,.

New Super move
LV1
HERE comes the PAIN TRAIN( Alternate title: Choo choo)
Buu Rushes forward, trampling anything in his path, can OTG,

Now I got curious,what does Pain Train look like?

That combined with Gotenks' Boar Attack on the opposing side and you have an epic clash.
"The Pain Train cannot be stopped,BUU YAH!!"  xD

Also,the head thing is a Merkava's move,in an essence.

EDIT:Now i've noticed something......   Merkava drops his own hand while Buu drops his own head,so Buu for the win? xD

The pain train is the screenshot I posted before the head one, where buu is running forward and Goku is being carried away.

It does beat Boar attack , Boar attack is completely ran over.

It does have the same start frame as the Shout Focus Attack and the "diagonical"? mouth beam attack,quite the unpredictability.

( Actually it has its own start frames, and buu announces "Here comes the pain train! CHOO CHOOOOOO" ) but its extremely tough.

Nice,the "BUU YAH" could be nice too but the "choo choo" is fine.
I cannot imagine that in Buu's voice,that's silly xD

In case you didn't know,i was not sarcastic in my last post (nor did i intend to)
i actually meant it,that it's quite unpredictable if it has the same start frame as the others.

Pressure and keep away machine. Dude has so many ways to pin you down and attack from far off.

Arching projectile, head toss, and foot plant are great keep away tools

Cannon Ball and puddle mode give him what he needs to move around screen very well

Then he has his arching beam, powerful EX barf, energy rain, and teleport fireballs supers to aid in pressure and keep away

Then to make matters worse his ChooChoo super has super armor

So yeah, this guy will be a real pain to deal with!

And even if you get in close, he can use his bar to combo break! He's a beast.

Well, let's see:
He has an EX move that works as a combo breaker in addition to the Zetto counters every HDBZ character has
He has a move that turns the enemy into a candy, similar to Babidi's curse. Once the enemy is candied, it could be eaten
He has delayed attacks that will hit after some time, allowing for setups and traps

As for weaknesses, so far (but this could change later):
He deals less raw damage than other characters
Delayed attacks can easily whiff if the enemy knows how to avoid the traps
Some attacks leave a big opening, allowing for easy enemy counters

Yeah we make them super strong then kinda work down from there. Sometimes we don't work down enough like with the Piccolo beta (though that was the point of the beta) and ssj Goku. But we get it eventually!

About Buu,does he have an arm stretching punch? (or something where he streches his arm to abnormal distance)
If so,will it be important in his Emo Mode?   (kind of like Piccolo's stretching  claw punch )

It kind of bothers me when the Z2 chars are too op, IS THERE AN EASY to FACE Z2 CHAR ANYWAY?  :p
Even against ai i eat a lot of dirt (those that have ai anyway),or will i get the "Git Gud" reply?.....

Against human players,it is a bit  harder xD

EDIT:In other words,the ai is brutally hard (for me at least)
        and then,you say the Z2 chars are beasts to face xD
Some say that game developers are sadists,i guess they are right :mlol:

He will get a stretchy sSP but it won't be important to his emo mode. You'll charge it by using power charge.

Good,you said before that Piccolo is a throw character of sort.

From what you know Jnp or from what you Z2 guys revealed what type is Buu then?
From your words,i would call him a Beast of a "Zone" character.

Im kind of surprised he isn't fully done yet,the guy didn't go through pause,like Gotenks and Piccs did xD
