you do the mugen 1.0 thing on a regular basis, Giang does not owe you a 1.0 version. If there's no link included and it was not made just switch to 1.1 if you want ot use the char.

Uh, if he quitted MUGEN, I guess that he wouldn't have worked on that Neo anytime longer.

This is old, but given the previous Post, shouldn´t be obvious that is not done YET and will be at some point?
No need to ask at this point, just be patient. And if doesn´t; Just grab mugen 1.1 and the 1.1 version, theres no real difference outside of graphics.

Fixed.  Unfortunately, Weiss will not have 1.0 version as I would feel guilty as hell if I had to downgrade those Glyph's sprites.

Uhg, I sure as hell got sloppy these days. Anyway, those problems have been patched with a few minor changes:
- Snow Fall EX now has juggle decay.
- Fixed a glitch which makes EX moves gain power on hit.
- Fixed a glitch which makes Glacial Torrent unable to hit opponents after hitting a projectile.
- Fixed sinking glitches.
- Fixed Glyph FX on throw.

Redownload her again folks.
