I know this request may kinda fail but it doesn't hurt to ask :P

I need a replacement for the sound that plays during moves that spend 1/2 power gauge. Said fx appears in this video at around 1:16 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-66o-yGAWE8

I'll like to change this before release, maybe I'll release it tomorrow, dunno... If I manage to finish the readme files :P

The sound is fine, doesn't need changing in my opinion.

He's posting in a passive aggressive way because he sent me a PM and I told him to stop sending me stupid PMs all the time like a fanboy (I don't even wanna log in into IMT, I'm sure he sent me a PM over there as well, what a chore). It's his usual act, he feels offended and tries to make you look bad instead of taking your advice.

I think I'll ask for some cleaning later because I can totally see him derail the thread...

Magic wand + poligonal lazo + lazo + quick mask + pen tool for shading... that's what I use normally...

I guess I may as well post this here:

KOF fans will probably be happy since the game now plays more like a "traditional" KOF game. There's no longer manual imput needed for recovery and it's automatic + renders you unhittable until you get back the control. Basically, if you recover, the combo is over.

There were several other adjustments since I went back to it. It now runs using mugen 1.1 (There's no zoom though) and many little things from the system were either adjusted (braking after running works like in KOF for example) or totally removed (No longer able to air guard) + lots of extra optimization thanks to 1.1 exclusive features. The game runs at full 60 FPS even when 2 vs 2 with a 4 or 5 years old crappy dual core PC.

Added full stage interaction. Since the current idea of KOF N.C. is to actually be a retelling of the story between KOF 99 and 01 (Plus an original aftermath) I'll be using stages from those games.

Stages that change between rounds will be available as separate stages AS WELL, so you can play in the rainy version of the park stage during the whole match if you want to! HOWEVER I currently can't rip the rainy version of it (Round 3 of the park from KOF 99) as it's too complicated and bothersome for me so if anybody wants to, feel free to do it for me and I'll add it to the game along with rain sound FX and all that. Otherwise you may have to wait for a future updated release.

Nice to see you back man. :)

About your screenshot, is the blue FX a standard Vanessa FX for your game, or is it some part of stage interaction with the water splashing ?
If it's the latter, looks odd to have HR shiny FX as part of some interaction with an old-school stage.
