More like Suave Dude's ploy to shame the engine by shaming it's true protagonist via a nasty scam. I mean....
-OGGY didn't bother to crop a couple of sounds (like a guard one), making them sound like they play a bit sooner then they're supposed to
-His Crouching Hard Punch is cancelable into a Crouching Light Attack, as well as itself
-His Standing/Crouching Light Kick as well as the QCF+A projectile have misaligned hitsparks
-The QCF+A projectile itself is unblockable on point-blank, thanks to the dangers of applying a "time = 0" trigger for a hitdef
-His DP+Y and Tripple Kung Fu Palm have no CLSN2 for the first few frames. Oggy needs to realize that's not quite the same as a Nothitby, as they both go through the opponent if used point-blank
-His AI makes some great use of his bullshit potential, but what did you expect from OGGY? (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mw4xxeRxACA)
-Missing actions 100 and 5040....
-There's a lot of outright... odd CLSN job down there (http://www.justnopoint.com/lbends/junk/amazingclsnjob.png)
-I could swear you can cancel his Standing Light Kick into just about everything, and I do mean everything, including a walk. Surprised he doesn't have that much walking kick of doom potential though

So yeah, it's probably safe to put Oggy on an ever increasing list of creators that would never improve.

Why at-least-decent spriters these days generally tend to be pathetic coders/designers (And vice versa (http://www.justnopoint.com/lbends/junk/dumbermuscle-shaded.png))?

Finally decent KFM sprites. Someone who knows japanese should asky Oggy if it's ok to recode his chars. It's shame that they go to waste.

Well, at least this Oggy character is kinda beatable but maybe it has to do with the lack of strikers ... I'm surprised that Oggy didn't add crazy strikers this time... but with his awesome sprites that could actually be a loss... who knows.... *goes to check the SFF anyway*

His throws are crap. It's like he's not moving him with his hands. Plus, to throw forward, you have to press back+c and to throw backward, you have to press forward+c. ???

Just tested the character, and it's as usual with OGGY :
Spriting : Grade B+
Coding : Grade D-

If only he had just spriteswapped the original KFM while making only a few minor adjustments for timing and all ...
