Ryu ripped off Gai Tendo? 
Well, I loved Final Fight Revenge (Yes, I said it.. I was the lone peson to actually buy a copy AND write an FAQ on it!) 'cos it was rather cheesy crap, but still better than a lot of Saturn fighters of it's time. That, and it had Guy in it! (even if I did use Cody more...)
I'm looking forward to this.

It makes sense that they had to be concept characters. I mean I doubt Capcom would create 2 new characters for the game without reason. That's why I support Iced's P.O.V.

I believe honestly that amingo ruby heart and sonson were developed as darkstalkers characters but used for mvc2 instead, i might be wrong, but they feature 3 specific character myths/stereotypes created in the same vein as darkstalkers characters were created. Plantman, Pirate, MonkeyKing.
That actually makes a ton of sense.

I was actually gonna do that, but then it would be too obvious, and we wouldn't be able to catch out the newbies that don't know about Poison's "condition".
Edits look to be of nice quality though, good luck, don't lose motivation.

About the boob shake.. I might put that in, once I figure out how to do proper boob animations.
Funny thing is, capcom never gave Poison a boob shake, SNK did.

What style would you say your spriteing her in??
Well I'm using the sprites Dampir made in the SF3 style, I might adapt it to the CVS-style like he did. Right now the sprites are mix of SF3 colors and CVS/SF3 body proportions. I'm currently doing some slight mods to make it a more uniform style.
maybe the animation could be a bit more fluid
Its the gif that does that. It looks better ingame, but I will be adding 2 or more frames to it.
All in all i think its a great idea for a char. and she looks pretty hot
LOL.... my version isn't the first, others have made him/her before, so you can check theirs out to get an idea.

Those KOF style Ryu sprites look almost like those from the char Ex-Infernis made years ago. Or I think it was Ex-Infernis.
Either way, its a cool concept. You don't see too much KOF94 chars. Will it be like KOF 94 Rebout?

You guys may not know me, I'm a MFG semi-regular, was a mod at M.I. and I'm one of the guys who made that King of Fighter's Lien Neville character.
But before that, I made a Poison character, that was back when Dampir first released his sprite pack.
That character was released to only a few. Eventually I ended up sending it the guys at IMT, for some reason that escapes me now.
So basically the character you all played with, was mine, just a fucked up version. [Also all the portraits and special state sprites I made them.]
So anyway, I was bored one day and thought, I should revamp Poison again, and thus began this project.
Thus far, I've redone his/her stance: 
It still needs cleaning up and I still have to add the hand-cuffs.
I'm currently respriting his/her gethits, and touching up a few others.
So far his/her movelist looks like this:
Specials -
Cat Claw (The Shoryuken rip-off) - DONE
Bitch Kick (The Bison Kick rip-off) - DONE
Hand-Cuffs - DONE
CFAS Upper - Spriting
CFAS Kick - Spriting
Supers -
Poison Kiss - DONE
Thunder Whip (The Shinryuken ripoff) - DONE
Hyper -
Unamed - Sprited partially, coded not yet.
Moves are taken from Final Fight, Final Fight Revenge and Capcom Fighting All-Stars.
About his/her gameplay.... I'm by no means a good coder, so I dunno what gameplay he/she will have. Preferably I'd want CVS or MVC, so if anybody could help out there it would be awesome, if not, then we'll see what I can do.
I'd post a vid, but my damn SnagIt is giving problems.
So... any comments, suggestions, money?
