Well a long time since I publicly accepted commissions but TheHowlingStorm convinced me to create Rock in MOTM style, he's the one who commissioned Angel as well.

EDIT: I just realized you used Geese's Raging Storm effect. Rock's is quite different and distinctive (more wavy). Was that a request on the commissioner's part?

Thank you guys. @Graphicus: I didn't create any effect as if, I edited them, I took that Raging Storm from [Geese Howard, Fatal Fury F-Contact] The other version is more distinctive to Geese, with the claw slashes. I think the one I stole fits.

@Graphicus: Well I think I will leave it as that, NGPC isn't a style that stands out for the effects and as I said I stole them all for Rock.

The sprites I did aren't finished if you want to do them here's the palette I did for Borewood's Oni. It reduces heavily the colors and allows you to edit them as SF3 sprites:

The main scale is 47*40. It depends, not all of Borewood's rips have the same scale.

*The idea would be to check Borewood's version and match their poses and times. Best way to do it is to replace SF3 Gouki's gifs with the scaled ones from Oni. Oni is a bit bigger than Gouki. Also to copy Gouki's belts to Oni, you duplicate it to make them wider.

This other palette is for when you have scaled the sprites and added the belt from Gouki, you render the gif and it appears with this custom palette adding the brown colors from the belt:

No plans to finish it, yes I did those in one week long ago but mehh I don't know why I kept focusing on chars from CAPCOM/SNK or any company.
