It motivated me to make him a full character DivineWolf-Way before I thought about making Vega / M. Bison, I had no idea Froz CS'd him, I tried to CS'd him but DW informed me about Froz's hard work Froz-His Vega / M. Bison has Shin / Finale mode. It REALLY made me think of a CPS2 version Dictator in PotS Style N-Mario-He made Dictator from SFZ3/SFA3. I was looking everywhere for missing sprites. Thank you very much

Since yours is in development state and has no download, then this belongs to Projects subforum3. If this is in development, then show something more than 1 CS sprite and SFA random gifs. If you don't get something of this, then this belongs to Idea Engineering subforum

To be honest...01. I feel like shit for taking too long 02. I really wanted to use the CS sprites but A LOT of sprites is missing. Therefore, I'll be using N-Mario sprites 03. I'm thinking about a special intro with Guile but idk
