I KNOW I DIDNT DO MUCH ACTUAL WORK HERE IT TOOK ME A COUPLE OF HOURS TO MASH THIS UP
SO I AM NOT TAKING ANY CREDIT BUT THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE IT IN HOPES OF SOMEONE (im looking at you ShinZankuro)
WOULD TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL ALSO BECAUSE I DONT THINK MVC ALPHA CHUN LI IS OUT THERE (please correct me if im wrong)

XD wow nice eye I saw that too there no hit sparks . but hey that cool he making the character :D I wish I can make character XD

hey guys if you read above i didnt make this character
i just

swapped the sprites to change the outfit

fixd new sprite alignment some of the spirtes were outta place because of the flow of classic chunli dress

changed the the port to match my port set

changed the hyper port to match my hyper port set

made a new palate to combine the pallates of dcl chun and san mako chun

removed the hitsparks, i personaly dont like hit sparks
i use characters from all over the place and inspite of there hit sparks clashing i just remove them all also i find them to flashy and take away from the great animations

they could be added again by downloading dcl chun and exporting the sprites and then exporting lil chun sprites
over top of dcl sprite exports replaceing the sprites of dcl chun and then creating a new sff file and dragging and dropping it into lil chun to keep sprite alignment

i think i added an extra air jump because on my personal comp
i give fast character like cammy and vega 2 air jumps while ryu has 1 and zangief has none

changed her size to make her thinner and shorter younger looking than infinite chunli
i change the size of all my character to make them drasticly differ in size

changing the command of the rapid kick cant be that hard
i bet you just have to open the command and add an extra kick command to the command line of the rapid kick

i dont know if that is the problem thou
i think it is a combnation of 3 things

1. hit boxes on lil chun might not be the best after switching sprites and re aligning them
although they arnt that bad considering

2. adjusting the horizontial scale of lil chun makes her hit boxes smaller and harder to hit
try a bigger character and see if you have the same problem i didnt

where i not only use the launch out of the corner but fallow up with an air rave
no adjustment have been made to lil chun in this video to differ her from the download

3. your excitement of mvc alpha chun caused you to button mash slowdown and as deejay says it all in the rhythm

some of the hit boxes could probably use a tune up and i may look into it or you could
adjusting hit boxes is pretty easy i figured it out without any help
in fact almost all my mugen know how is self taught i just back up my files
and poke at them trying new things intel it works for me
i find this to be rewarding although it can be time consumeing

time is something i dont have alot of anymore i work 2 jobs 7 days a week
to save up for 2d animation school and take care of my 5 year old son

so you can imagine how much time i get for mugen

the main reason i uploaded this chunli is that anyone considering doing a mvc alpha chun might save themself a little time with the head start

so go bug ShinZankuro he said he wanted to do one and his characters are pretty dope...
