Buttons, or Abbrivations? (sp?)

Im pretty sure a thread about this exists, but searching gave nothing, so  :sugoi:
You know, all that you need to press for special superpowers, i dont know if they are buttons or abbrevations (dunno how to sp), like qcf, qcb, dp.
And while im at it, how do i know what a normal "Punch" and a normal "Kick" is out of the 6 different buttons?

Wrong Section

QCF = Quater Circle foward or Down, Down foward, Foward

Dp = Dragon punch/Shoryuken or Foward, Down , Down foward
