Title: Best versions of Fate Characters?

I'm trying to get back into Mugen and the 1st game I want to set up is a Blazblue/KOF/Fate game I can't access the Mugen Archive but I can grab the Mugen Free for All links, the reason i ask is because there are ALOT of versions for characters like Herc and Cu
