Or you can make that the censorship can be turned on and off by the users.

Now that'd be a cool feature.  I'm surprised I haven't seen it implemented on any forums I've been to before.  Can it be done easily enough?

You rang?

I don't see any need for a translator.  Japanese folks won't know whether the program will work on non-Japanese systems.  But normally, if you try using a Japanese program on a Win9x system without OS-level Japanese language support, you should still be able to use the program, you just won't be able to have it display the text in the program.  But, if you don't know Japanese, that wouldn't make much difference anyway.  A little trial and error can usually yield the desired results, either way.

Anyway, if anyone here tries it out, don't forget to get the patch on their free downloads page (in case the main download hasn't already been patched).

Also, make sure you've got plenty of disk space (over a gig, iirc) before running the program.

Absolutely (well, almost) everything from me, past, present, and future, is free to use however the heck you want to.  Credit is certainly appreciated, but not at all required.
Exceptions:
-I make no claims about having the right to allow the use of the intellectual property of the game companies I've ripped sprites, music, or designs from.  But, I'm not about to disallow it either; I'll leave that up to them to decide about and enforce.
-My AI activation code is largely based on various other people's code (albeit with rather heavy modification).  My version of the code is free to use, but credit to those people should be given unless they've specified otherwise.
-Use of Sffextract is governed by the terms and conditions as specified in the GNU General Public License, a copy of which is distributed along with Sffextract.  (If I release any other software in the future, it'll be either the same, or perhaps just public domain.)

As for T.E.S.T.P, this is an excerpt from the text file that came with their U.N.I.T.E.D. release 8:

Quote
Wanna put these charas in your game? Wanna use the
sprites or sounds? Sure, go ahead! We don't really
mind if you wanna rip our characters apart and
figure out how some things are done, as long as it
means you can use it to improve your own characters.
Enjoy!

-TESTP

So I guess that covers pretty much all their stuff, except possibly their Yuri.  I don't think I have her, but I'd be surprised if the same policy didn't apply.

Well, the point of it is, if you do need to use it, the tutorial is here for you, and you don't really need to understand it to use it.

Anyway, I just noticed you left out some important information that's almost obvious, but possibly necessary for people who don't know much about math:

In "[State WhatEver, I don't Care]", the VarSet controller assigns the value of the square root of fvar(38) to fvar(39).  In other words, fvar(39) = sqrt(fvar(38)).

In "[State WhatEver, Root]", the VarSet controller assigns the value of the var(37)th root of fvar(38) to fvar(39).  In other words, fvar(39) = fvar(38)^(1/fvar(37)).

In "exp(fvar(37)*ln(fvar(38)))", this expression returns the value of fvar(38) to the fvar(37)th power.  In other words, fvar(38)^fvar(37), or in Mugen terms, fvar(38)**fvar(37).

Just thought I'd add that in case newbies get confused trying to figure out what each variable represents.

Heh, hard to let go of code you've spent a lot of time on, isn't it? :)

ain't broken as some other math functions are

This makes me wonder:  Which other math functions have you found to be broken in Mugen, and in what ways?

What or who are leechers? People who take something from the community without contributing? Of course not all of us are coders or spriters here and not a lot of us can be. So does that mean those people are all leechers? Just because of wanting to do something we all love to do? Just because of wanting to play Mugen and try out new things?
Well, yeah.   ;D

Actually, I think the term "leecher" often additionally implies someone who doesn't sufficiently appreciate the work that was put into what they download, or who doesn't give enough respect to the people who have provided it.  Dunno whether that's an "official" definition or not, but I think that's the way the word is often used.

We was thinking (me and Iron) of making a stupid version of our chars with the proton canon only for the stupid community who think these moves are "great" but now you never understand so the joke ended here.
:(
Dang, I was hoping for a Deuce-style Proton Cannon.

Heh, gotta love the black highlights in Terry's hair.
