Butbutbut "monkey cheese" is overdone, so is "random-access humor" (or "random" for short)!

"monkey cheese" is overdone for a reason, it works very well to describe that type of humor and it's almost self explanatory, the type of humor in which putting random words together is considered hilarious. "chef brian" requires that you explain what ctrl alt del is and that's dangerous territory to the point the attempt at making fun of somene else could be reversed big time
