Based on the tasen commanders in the original game, for the purpose of porting the game Iji by Daniel Remar for MUGEN, i decided that in the mugen version, tasen and komato have the ability to summon their weapons via teleport the very moment they need to use them.

In the original game the tasen commander wear that red weapon all the time, perhaps in future i'll make a tasen commander properly wearing the rocket launcher and the claw-shield all the time, perhaps it would work in MUGEN, but for the project i have in mind it would be quite ridiculous.
I made a portrait, but i already know i'll have to make a better one.
