Pocket World DC Edition v2.0 won't start!

Hi,

I'm trying to get Pocket World DC Edition v2.0 to play. I tried starting it right after installing the game, the splash screen showed up, and then nothing. I had to end the task in Task Manager to keep it from hogging up my CPU. Even messing with mugen.cfg didn't help anything. Can anyone here help me out with this?

I'm very disappointed that no one here wants to help me out with this.

Anyways, I tried tinkering with it again today, and I'm now able to start and play the game. After reading the log, I figured out the problem is the music and the sound. First I used mp3tag to delete all the tags from every track in the game folder, then I set sound to 0 in mugen.cfg.

Any ideas as to why the sound is causing so much trouble with this game?
