Now I kinda want a april fools joke version of Robo-Weiss.
- New system mechanic: Ultra Burst. Burst can now be used in a neutral state, and doing so will put Robo Weiss in a powered up state that gives the following benefits:
+Health and Meter will gradually recover overtime (Unless you're taking damage)
+Damage output will be increased by 20%
+Timer will be frozen
+Hitting the opponent with the Ultra Burst will launch them upward and will be unable to recover from it
+Hitting the opponent with the ultra burst will also grant 500 meter instantly
The time that the Ultra Burst state will last is proportionate to the amount of health lost prior to activating, Attempting an astral heat will immediately end the Ultra Burst state
- Ultra Bursting will also set the hit counts for each of her self destructible moves back to zero
- Implemented throw escape system, the opponent can now escape Robo Weiss's normal throws by inputting A+B, B+C, X+Y, or Z within 14 frames after being grabbed. However, throws are inescapable on counterhit
- New Burst icon
- New cut in portrait for astral heat
- New astral heat BG
- Revised Burst System
- After a successful Burst, none of Robo Weiss's attacks will connect until the opponent has recovered
- Fixed an error where Robo Weiss could rapid cancel her burst
- Robo Weiss now makes use of custom fall states, bypassing fall.defence_up
- Implemented Incremental cornerpush and hitsun decay
- Robo Weiss will now start flashing red if the hit count for one of her moves is close to self destruction
- Increased the amount of height gained before diving during 5C/jC
- Reduced Ich Glaube Nicht's active frames and slightly increased cool down time on whiff
- Robo Weiss now has a new air throw that absorbs the opponent's health
- Slightly reduced max health
- Changed air dodge animation
- Fixed an error where Durchgedreht can hit the opponent out of recovery before they have the chance to guard
- Added swish effects to Durchgedreht
- The Distortion Finish effect will now kick in if Robo Weiss KOs the opponent while Stabilisieren is active

Well, I guess maybe I'm a little spoiled. His Weiss does look good, but I feel like that the next update would be rushed, much like his Bowser "2.0".I'll admit I did kinda called his 2.0 update on Bowser "sloppy" (Not sure if that's the right word for it). I think his characters are good, I just wish he didn't rush that one by adding the new Burst update and that's it.
-Performing Durchgedreht and A/B Ich Glaube Nicht right when time is up for Stabilisieren is possible to avoid self damage.
-The new air throw has no recovery (Robo Weiss can grab the opponent not too close near the side of the stage in a certain position which won't push her back and keep jumping up and grabbing them, resulting to an infinite).

I made some adjustments to the air throw anyway, but keep in mind that the custom fall states messes with training's auto recover function.The air throw is more balanced now thanks to the cooldown, so it can no longer be abused. Didn't know the custom fall states will mess that up, but good to know.
This was actually intentional for Ich Glaube Nicht and is actually brought up in the read me. It was not intentional for Durchgedreht though.Guess I completely missed that. I was figuring out other ways to avoid it and that was how I encountered it with Durchgedreht.

- Fixed an error where Robo Weiss could slide during her Dead Angle Attack
- After Countering with A Ich Glaube Nicht, Robo Weiss will no longer be invulnerable for the entirety of the animation
- Ultra Burst's aura will no longer show up during custom states
