So after doing more research on what is allowed in palettes and whatnot, I found out that my BG was using too many colors, so I had to downgrade the posters and the kid drawings. So now the poster isn't nearly as colorful, but the good news is that it's 11 colors (12 counting the transparency), which means I just made the NES BG color cut-off! Also drawing in more of the TV monitors and manually touching up the shadows so that they aren't so abrupt.Also Balloon Boy.Spoiler, click to toggle visibiltygeez at this rate I should just make a thread in the Graphic Arts board or whatever

The shading (Seriously that is a lot of effort for a shadowy figure) and some of the animations I'd say improved.Not so much the sprites themselves. He still has a habit of suddenly not having fingers and then there's awkward things likeMY LEG

Having some fun here, just did a graphical change to my personal bar's.lol If I get more than enough stink about them, I will release a patch.
That looks nice man how about adding 0101001011001010101011 coding thing behind the get ready to fight thingy and ko and so you get idea but faint just enough to notice them just a suggestion
What I mean is having have a layer full of 0100100100100101010 matrix pattern behind the ko, win, fight layers of the lifebars
here's what i mean except the 101001010110 would be faint and glowing once in a while as its scroling to the right or down, well it won't like this rushed obviously
