I came up with a sloppy way to have random title music in Mugen, using a batch file, and some folders.
The batch file uses a powershell command, so it "should" work for Win7 and up.

If someone knows of a simpler cleaner way of having random title music, please let me know.

I don't frequent this board very often, so it may be a few days before I check this thread.
