Hello everyone, well today is the 20th anniversary of Mugen, and to celebrate it I have decided to launch the Blazblue Battle Coliseum screenpack. First of all said that 2 player modes do not work because I need options that mugen doesn't have. But hey, the idea of the screenpack is to collect all the fighting games that have appeared to date and gather all the existing players. In total there are 77 games available to choose from, each with its corresponding artwork. I have spoiled a lot the appearance of the portraits and flyers used in the screenpack. Also great changes in 3d animations, now made with the After Effects program. Well here I leave you the best version of my screenpack and for the portraits do not suffer, every day I will upload material for each character that will include portraits for the screen of select, versus, win and lifebar and additional files of intro and ending adapted for each char. Well I leave words and here I leave you the important thing.
Well, about the portraits I start today and continue every day for complete the screenpack. With every pack I include all the necesary ports (Select, Versus, Winner and Lifebar) and other 2 archives, intro and ending customized for each character. Thank you, but I'm disagree with you in the term "grandpa". The screenpack it´s based on Continuum Shift and Calamity Trigger chapters. Both games are of the year 2008 (eleven years ago) but today they are still technically advanced. You only need to play a couple of minutes to realize it. Full 32 bits .png images, dozens of layers to form very fast animations, 3d objects, perspectives, degrades, etc... Maybe what you mean grandpa you mean you don't like her aesthetic. I agree whit you on that thing. Not everyone has the same preferences.

Yes, I include custom intros and endings for each character (missing some endings). It's not excessive I think, I wanna make a compilation of all the games and fighters and include the maximum information and variety of images used for portraits. Believe me, I only do portraits for chars that exist. You may say it for the chars that appears in the game selection but I had to fill in the 12 spaces, I hope that one day the char appears and I can create its corresponding portrait. I really wanted the project because since my beginning in mugen this was my purpose. I hope you enjoy it too, even if it has to be in 1 player mode ... I'm sorry for that... See you soon.

I have a template with a standard animations for a base. Then I need to change all relative with the char that I'm working. I change the big portrait, name and history. I change the game from which it also comes and the stage background. To finish I add the stand and winpose. It's the worst part because sometimes it's time to align them. Since the animations are already predefined in the .def archive and the measures that I use are always the same, you just have to rename and add it to the char. I hope it has been helpful. See you.

I'm with you, Kaede "is" the protagonist, but I take all the biographies from fandom sites... they may have a plot to snatch the title! ;D I will try to get as much material as possible. Hello everyone and sorry for the time without appearing here but I have been quite busy updating some aspects of the screenpack. What is most noteworthy is the increase in the number of selectable games, there are now a total of 90. Now we can add chars from the MVC3, Smash Bros, Edits, etc ...
Also and very much to take into account, especially for Kof fans, I have found some great pictures of the Kof2002um that I now use for the versus screen and also for the char intro file. Small portraits also use this artwork. And also changes for the win portraits, now I use Kof All Stars for them, with this I can use the same style for almost all char included, even those of the kof '94.
And finally, I also include the two system files, one from the Continuum Shift and the other from the Calamity Trigger with some corrected bugs and alternative tunes from the Central Fiction so you can use it in the title, select and versus screen.

You have been doing a great job. But I have to tell you, as a fan of Rurouni Kenshin, please flip Kenshin's small portrait horizontally. He is known to have the cross-shaped scar on his left cheek. So for those who know him, it's kind of weird to see the mirrored portrait. It would also be nice if you spoiled the images as they are heavy.

I upload the templates today, then you can make your own portraits or include different chars on games. But you need to create select, versus and winner portraits. Fonts for select and winner and then apply the small portrait. It´s easy to do because the template it's a simple capture of the select screen, then you need to add the images in the correct axis. You can take some portrait to see the placement of select and versus portrait on the template. All the rest it´s easy to see in the templates. Update both Winner screens of the screenpack. The most discarded it's the new 3d animation of the borders, now it' s more closed to the source. I hope you like it!

Now there are two layers, one normal and the other with a gradient, so I managed to get very close to the original, this is the last update of both of them.

I delete this work because it's made without Add004 and the height it' s too much! I remember that it' s more than 300mb. But I can' t go anywhere... snif... So, I was wondering that, if we add characters from these games, are we able to select them within the game categories, or is that not possible at the moment? I hope next week I can resume work with the portraits and extras. About mordriel question, I don't understand you well. Let's see, in the screenpack you can find more than 90 selectable games. In each game you can add 12 characters + 1 secret place to put for example Iori and Orochi Iori. You can delete the games that you don't use using the select.def and system.def editing the columns section. To add chars in his position look the portrait and see your positioning. I recommend to download any intro that I create for chars and open it with fighter factory. Then you can see the sprites or images that you need to change. There are some work on them, stand anim and win anim of each char, portraits, story, game origin and name. Then you need to change in the .def file the stand and winner animations.

Hello, for now I cannot include any of the lifebars because I cannot create them yet with the options that ikemen offers. All Blazblue lifebars are made with Add004 and there were infinite layers to be able to add all the animations. What I would like is to be able to launch the screenpack for Ikemen since I have a lot of advanced work and a lot of news regarding the mugen version. The problem is that since version .98 the menu fonts look bad, one on top of the other and I don't know how to solve the problem... If someone would be interested in reviewing it to correct the error that would be great! Well, let's hope the last day of the year goes very well.

In the Ikemen Go version I have 2 screenpacks, one for low res chars and the other for hi res. In the firts one I have 72 games added, I only need to add Martial Masters I think, and for the hi res 35 games.

It's gonna be great, I have confidence in you. I've deconstructed and analyzed the last version and can attest to the insane amount of super high quality and time consuming work being done here. I learned so much about animation layering. If there's any way I can help, I'd be happy to. A workaround for the lifebar situation is to add the cns in as a common state file in the config.json and the animations in common.air. Let Ikemen use it's own common.cns.zss and other zss files (tag, action, etc.). Really don't want be using add004 for that anyway because a lot of Ikemen is upon it and has been updated and improved for 2-3 years. Check out Hibiki Kohaku by Hexioum for the most complete set of BBCF fightfx I've seen. Also a really well made character. Those Shin Kohime Musou effects were so bad I used the stock ones until found the others. I saidly lost that work to hdd failure and gotten motivated to start over but I'm starting to...

But there is still a little to do, first the lifebars and then we have to fix a problem with the ranking and lifebar portraits. I'll ask in the discord to see if they can give me a solution. Well I hope to have the screenpack ready soon, see you!

I send a PM to T1t@n Ur@nus because maybe can help me to convert lifebars with .cns files. With Ikemen I find new documentation and you can use 32 layers for fight animations but to convert Blazblue lifebars I need tons of them... I hope he can help me because lifebars are the only thing that remains. If not, over time Ikemen will surely have the option to add unlimited layers to fight animations.

Hi, For Intro stands (For the sprite in the intro), Where should the sprite be placed in term of position? (And also for the artwork, Where do you get it from as I'm curious as to if how you get high-quality artwork of some images that are only seen in low-quality), also have you made any progress on the Ikemen GO version of this?

Hey! Here I record a video to show us submenus, selectable games and characters that I include since now. Finally I can solve the problem with the rank portraits and I finish (but it's not in the video...) the turns mode screen. Not lifebars... When I release the screenpack I include the templates that I used if you want, and for alocate the sprites you need to use the .def file, you can find all the actions like portraits or stand animations there. For high quality images I use ia, A really good one is this site: https://waifu2x.booru.pics/ Now I would need a big favor. As you can see in the video there is a small explanation for each of the main modes, however there is none for the different modes of the submenus. Could you give me a short phrase to define each one? English is not my native language and I don't trust myself. Thanks a lot. When I have this thing finished I release the screenpack because it's not 100% complete but it's really playable. Here you have the video, I hope you like it!

I have another screenpack with games with low res characters like Street Fighter, Samurai Shodown, etc. In this one there are more than 80 games but first I wanna complete this one, and then I release the low res version with Continuum Shift animations.

For that, I kind of do have some suggestions you could use for those (Some are placed just in case you're using them & do bare in mind that some might be fairly bad cause I clearly don't know how to give submenus an explanation but also, It's also my first time doing that)

After a lot of work to understand how the new options work, finally I can convert Central Fiction Lifebars to Ikemen Go! Very good news! Creating the lifebars I got to the point of creating the Tag mode and then I thought... how I would like to add the ones from the Cross Tag Battle game, so I downloaded the arcade dumb and ripped it thanks to the already buried hipster. So after 3 sleepless nights here I bring you the images of the lifebars for Tag and Turns mode with all the new features that Ikemen Go offers, I'm excited... jajaja...

Hi, I would suggest something for that just in case, Either fixing the font or simply removing or replacing it (I don't suggest removing it though primarily just in case of problems)
