Fix some bug
SHIBA Tatsuya's Palette updated to 32 colors

My MISAKA Mikotu and SHIRAI Kuroko also updated



Mugen 1.1b Character (OpenGL required)

My 3rd Dengeki Bunko Fighting climax ignition character
90+ accuracy, 8 support characters included
1 year of effect to make.

PLEASE RE-DOWNLOAD my Mikoto and Kuroko too, since they are also got updated.

Also I like your sprites because of her coat is transparent comparing to Kohaku/Ichida's Miyuki.
