Looks like a slight modification version of Tatsunoko vs. Capcom lifebar + MVC3 powerbars.

I believe they're World-Chang, Goh-un, Han Baedal and Ironfist Ryu. He also made Strider Hiryu and Jin Saotome with the same aesthetics, but a more VS style gameplay.

well, I Have Aomura's King in my roster, she's 2k2UM style, and is pretty good IMO, however I'm not a King player so I can't be sure how accurete she is

This will seem like a shot in the dark but were any stages made based off/using assets from Revolution X in anyway (I recall seeing a stage that used some sprites for a concert stage or something)?
