OVERVIEW
Marvel Super Heroes: Reborn is a "remake" of the original Marvel Super Heroes Arcade game. The game will feature a largely expanded roster from the original and a large selection of stages for VS. mode.
The fighting mechanics are based in a mixture of Mvc, SFA, and SFIII as well as introducing a new system called the desperation system.
Many familiar capcom characters will make a return with old and new moves as well as some all new additions that haven't been seen before.

FAQ

When will this game be released?
There is no set time frame at the moment.

Will there be custom stages?
We are looking for someone to help with custom stages. Existing stages will include some interactive elements at a later date.

What is the roster!?
We will announce characters as they have significant progress made in development. Psylocke and Dr. Doom are available to try now in the demo version. You can expect everyone from the original cast to make a return.

Will there be online play?
Yes, TheFclass97 is handling an Ikemen build.

Can i help?
Yes. We are always looking for more help.  Just send a private message to thepaniqd with your ideas.

I'm really trying to get some custom stages made for this but it will have plenty of capcom stages as well. I want a large selection for VS mode.

Thanks aoiro. I'm trying to keep a lot of the feeling from that game. The Hypers in this aren't quite as strong averaging around 200 damage, the lvl 3's 400-600, and the desperation moves are an instant knock out if they connect, otherwise you get knocked out. It's a high risk high reward game.

Hi, is it possible to get a Sub for my full game project?

Here is the two character demo version showing the system and mechanics and we are building an active team to help complete the project including members of this forum. The end goal is to have it as smooth polished and playable as possible while injecting new life into an old classic arcade game.

very close but move it down to the end where the gauge would be nearly empty. looking good so far.

Like the SFIV bars. see how around half way they bend. it makes it easier to distinguish how far life is down.
try adding a downward bend at around 25% or make the bar get wider at that end.

try to put an angle on the bar at 25% health. it's a subconcious signal to the player they are about to lose.

Hello All,
 After a long while the demo release of Marvel Super Heroes: Reborn is finally ready!
This is a "remake" of MSH from capcom and will feature a largely expanded roster with different fighting mechanics from the original game.

General gameplay Mechanics and features:
-6 button normal scheme
-chain combos
-air raves
-cancel system
-super jump
-special attacks
-Hyper attacks
-Level 3 Hyper attacks
-Desperation Hypers

The purpose of this demo is to show the gameplay style, screenpack and recruit more people wanting to help the project along with development.
