Once The 5th Gen of Pokemon is out, people will get tired of pokemon and move on.

The last Pokemon game I ever got is Pokemon Ruby...........then Pokemon Heartgold and Soul Silver....

Has the anime even shown any of the new Pokemon? (4th Gen)

I stopped watching a little bit after the Johto arc where ash beats that fatass cow (Milktank?) pokemon

Well yah, the Sinnoh arc started 4 years ago.


A couple of 4th gen Pokemon showed up even before that in the Battle Frontier saga. May caught a Munchlax and James caught a Mime Jr. at that time.

The Anime started sucking after they went to the 3rd Gen of Pokemon. Now every Episode is like
Ash and Friends go to town
They see a new guy that we'll never see again a a new pokemon
Team Rocket comes and and steal it
Ash Saves the day fix random people problems

That's what's the anime has been doing since the very beginning. The only thing interesting now are the Pokemon Contests.
