Good on you for fixing that. The sprites she has are pretty much good to go.
Here's some issues I've found though:
1. Here School Uniform intros (190,191 in Anims) don't seem to be CS'd properly. Same for Part of her Neo Finishing Combo.
2. You didn't change her glowing sprites (e.g. Win Poses, Teleporting and Shining Crystal Bit)
3. Here KOF 96' and 97' winposes are kinda off in terms of transition and she uses her 98' (Current) Costume instead of the 96' one. Neo Attacks 6 7 and 8 have a similar issue.
These don't ruin the edit, but it wouldn't hurt to fix these.

This looks pretty good. I kind of want to make a 98 sound pack to accompany it.
I also want to edit DivineAthena’s level 3 so i don’t have to press all those buttons during the level 3 to get the full thing to work.
Yes, i know that’s how it works in KOF 2002, but i still find it really frustrating to do.

One more time, I feel very satisfied of this custom !!
Some feedback :
There is a minor error in her regular stance (anim 0)
Her golves kind of blink in a darker shade.
I think it would be easy to fix, but it catch your eye a lot ^^

i went ahead and fixed the gloves issue. i also fixed the pants in the first frame not matching the rest of the stand.

Yes, actually the stand animation is not easy to do, particularly CS elements that can seems to move or be unstable.
Both of you guys did a great job !
