That pretty amazing mugen game with samus, megaman x, link, bowser, and donkey kong, was it ever released?
Only gripes are the command grab move and that super where he just does QCBP over and over.. they both seem out of place on andy. I would suggest getting rid of that command grab and making the super start with the QCB P, but transitions into a projectile similar to chun-li's kikosho super. Not like thats my decision, but andy is looking pretty damn cool to play as.

I like how there are high damage combos, but I see regular, high damage combos for no meter doing the same as ones that do take meter.
The only one where this wasn't the case was with that combo into a super.

Seriously though, you have an issue is with the character, I don't care about that. But I do care about the possibilty of someone starting a pety argument over it on my thread; Especially since its mlp. Please keep those sort of feelings to yourself.
