6 Weeks have past. I just beat Earthbound in that time. So everyone is busy with school and MUGEN Projects.

Hopefully MC Jimmy got the theme done, because I would LOVE to hear it ^_^

To be honest Ninten can be a representative of Nintendo of Japan

and Lloyd can be one of his helpers since it will be easy to pick his moves out (Bottle Rockets duh...)

EDIT: In fact I already made a plan for Ninten IF he was in the game. Its on a sheet of paper with all the explanation. Strengths, Weaknesses, I even have helpers for him.

You want moves away from Pac-Man's SSB4 self? Okay :D

Standing - Pac-Man will take out a bonus fruit and throw it at his ally, healing a random amount of health(Depends on the bonus fruit). If it hits the opponent it will act as a attack but it doesn't do that much damage. (500 Power) (15 Second Cooldown)
Crouching - Pac-Man will take out a power pellet and throw it at his ally making him invincible for 5 Seconds. (1000 Power) (30 Second Cooldown)

This looks amazing. Beats my old BrokenMUGEN Screenpack. The neon look really gives the screenpack its style. I hope you continue this project, I love this so far.

This lifebar is AMAZING, the effects are just so freaking good and everything else too! Just one more thing to add, Can you add a layer to the lifebars and powerbars? Because I don't want hyper backgrounds overlapping the lifebars (Same goes with stage layers)
