hmm... still need many fixes. The backround and the fx look really low res, like theyre just resized and the screen position/char position looks weird.

Downloading and testing...

EDIT: Some of Chameleon's palletes are off, but other than that it's just what I expected. It's good to see that you've added Akuma's super sparks to Chameleon, and the interactive stage is awesome.

nvm..I figured it out...if it runs slow just open preferences, run with xp pack 2, and disable viual themes

    Well, to start, id like to say this works perfectly on my operating system.  :P

    Now, to actual in-depth feedback/bug reports/glitches/yada-yada. (since no-one else has posted any)

    Gameplay:
    Pros
    -This is very fun to play. I like the pacing and feel of it, and so does my stepbrother. He immediately got addicted to this beta with just two characters, and he isnt even a fighting game fan.  ;D
    -The A.I. is pretty good for me.
    -I feel like im actually watching an MK vs. SF video sometimes. This is good.
    Cons:
    -Akuma's health is waaaaay too low compared to chameleon's to be effective in gameplay. At least at this phase.
    -In my opinion the shun goku satsu should give more damage as a lvl. 3. It barely chips into Chameleons health.
    -Can i get a movelist?  :P (not necessary)

    Bug Reports/Glitches:
    -I dont know the cause of this, but during one of my fights (Chameleon vs. Chameleon) my character suddenly became invincible. He just couldnt be hit. It was odd...
    -The stage interaction may be causing some big problems; they are as follows:
    • Chameleon will fly in an erratic 360 in the air sometimes if he gets hit by an attack and then recovers from it.
    • Akuma will randomly drift off the stage during the battle and will not come back down or up (he has floated off in both directions), almost as if he is somehow accessing the freefall code on his own and moving himself.
    • Because of the previously mentioned issues with akuma, the stage will behave oddly, sometimes not transitioning completely.


    Yada yada:
    -I feel a combo counter would be helpful in learning what are actual combinations, or assessing when you are vulnerable.
    -I like the hitsparks quite a bit.
    -I have ideas to propose, pm me firelord/esfandy.

    And thats in-depth 1. Hope this helps, possibly more to come later.

    I had already Fixed That, Chameleon had more damage in his combos.

    it is strange, I'll have to see that... you can send me a Screenshot?

    This game is awesome, I really enjoyed playing this beta. I found one bug (i think it's bug) that Chatman didn't mentioned.

    Chameleon's Acid Spit regenerates power bar too fast. I mean you have to shoot about 14 acid spits to have full power bar. Sorry for my bad English, i'm Polish ;)

    that is a incorrect palette, is there by mistake...


    Well, I'm thinking of uploading a beta (0.2) with these 2 characters but no bugs .. or prefer a beta (0.3) with a character more?
