Mugen 1.1 Crashing after 1st match

Whenever I play through an arcade match, the first match is always fine, but once it loads the next match it crashes. I'm not too sure why, but I've updated all of the characters sff files to 1.1 with Fighter Factory and the error comes up as not being able to load the sff

Heres what I get

obviously, there is a problem with your ShinGouki character, as the message mentions: are you sure you have not made a mistake somewhere when updating him?

Seeing how it fails to load the .sff, this could also possibly be a RAM problem.

Hmmm.. I have 8 gigs of ram. Weird. I run tons of more resource heavy stuff than this fine and smoothly.
