So here is a small edit of Akuma with the changes of:
-Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku and Shoryuken Velocity have been changed to be similar like mwrly's Gouki
-EX Gouhadouken and EX Zankuu have different fireball to give a little peek to Shin Akuma
-Buff'ed Lv2 Temma Gou Zankuu
-Shun Goku Satsu deals MORE damage to bad guys.
-Added a Forward Dash for a stupid reason(Reason is because he is a shoto -_-)
-Has a 1.0 Patch for the Kanji (Shun Goku Satsu Win Pose)
 -Kanji have the same palette colors as the small one
  -(Example: Akuma has a green small kanji on his gi,on his win pose a big green kanji will also appear after finishing the opponent with Shun Goku Satsu)

Supers:
Tenma Gou Zankuu Agyo - Level 1 = 6 fireballs, Level 2 = 10 fireballs

Messatsu Gou Hado Agyo - Level 1 = 6 fireballs, Level 2 = 10 fireballs

Tenma Shinzui Heki - Level 2 only Super


Note:I will edit this post to show the supers of Shin Akuma later on(because of slow internet, it seems my internet only uploaded 1 pic.... :(

Hadouken position is misaligned for both his supers and so is the effect for tenma shinzui heki.

@YugaCurry That is intentional for the Fireball super(Left = Up, Right = Down.Also its kinda boring if its straight....in my opinon),as for Tenma Shinzui Heki gonna fix that tho.

That's admirable, but hadokens originate from the hand (It's why there are hands inside the old sprites). The height should always match the hand throwing it and any change in height should really only be because the height of the hand throwing it has changed. Misaligned fireballs only give the unfortunate impression that Akuma has very smelly armpits.

Not quite there yet. His hadoukens must emerge from his palm,  which is not happening in that screenshot.  I figure you're getting the general idea?...

You need AI? You almost got it. XD
Soon I'll upload MINE edit of Akuma, with Custom Combo and attempt for AI. Feel free to use it.
