Some chars can't just be stunned by any of the parameters in hitdef is there a way to guarantee stun for p2? What controllers should be used for this then?

Ikemen is a community version of mugen that enable online play.

I think the relevant part in the link is the bottom:
SelfState (lua method)
ReadPlayerID (method parameters)
(methode effects=>) Change to the state of the character with the specified Player ID. If successful, it would take the character with the specified PlayerID to the selected state.
