Awesome stuff, loving how much smoother he feels with the update.

My only gripe is that the costume/palette select appears every round, not just the first.  Don't s'pose we could get a patch for that?

I love where you went with Nappa, Some moves seem unfinished though, also he is very fast for a big guy.

I like the dramatic super, did you take idea from my SSGSS Goku/Vegeta?

You can use the Width (http://elecbyte.com/mugendocs/sctrls.html#id91) state controller to prevent this.

Nice char. I'm not a DB fan nor have played the original game, but this guy is definitely a keeper for my mugen. Thanks for the efforts.
