I know sometimes the effects feel better because they originate from the same source as the character itself but lets ignore that for now and just vote for the spark you guys like the most no matter what character it is used on. Feel free to let us know why too.

Voted for options 3 and 5. I don't care much for the first spark in option 5, but I think the MAX/Level 3 one is really clean. I think the way you handled the cut-in portrait for the spark was best done in option 4.

So those voting for option 4, do you guys like the cut in image or the actual spark on terrys hands?, or both?,

I chose 3. I'm ok with 4 but the Line Streaks aren't as smooth as 6's. A mish mash of 4 and 6 with the full color cut-in port could do it.

i personally like 5 but 3 really fits the style of you newer characters well so i'm voting it. (along with 5 :P)

5 feels the most dynamic and complex but I like the quick lightning flash of option 3 as well.

I like being able to see the characters instead of flashes of color. 1 & 3 for me. 6 would be my 3rd choice.

3 is a beast of effect!! It clearly means that something heavy will be unleashed. I absolutely like it!!

Intimidating mixture of the Alpha 3 X-ism and 3rd Strike sparks.

1 and 5 for me. I love how quick and snappy 1 is, but 5 just has the perfect amount of weight behind it, imo: Between the portrait cut-ins giving it a dramatic feel and the super sparks on Terry's hands directing your focus to them, which is also where the moves are going to come from? *Chef kiss* Magnifique.

vyn, that new spark is fantastic. One suggestion I'd make is to stack it. Have some of the effect behind P1. It'll look more like he's in it.

I say 4 and 5, for me. I love them all, but yep 4 and 5 for me.

I picked 2 and 7. The black screen goes with those rainbow colors and I love that 7 both implodes and explodes as well.

I like that. Looks a bit slow, don't know if that's just the gif. Though other than that, that does look really nice. Good job.

I’ll go for the seventh. I like the inward animation and motion, emphasizing the power swelling into the body part that will be used for the attack. The force that will be used swelling up, being drawn from the power bar into the character’s body. It’s also nice and bright. A comforting glow to it, too. I like how the body part that is to be used gets the super spark on it, which provides emphasis and weight.
