Counter Specials changed
CMD is remade and renamed
Negative Edge commands added
GuardSparks swapped to Pots
Hitsparks were huge,they were downscaled
Movelist added
Ippatsu Ougi Superpause pos and animation time  fixed
LV3 Ranbu Superpause pos and anim time got fixed,it also made clones
Power Charge made clones fixed
Super Cancel Var adapted
Animation timings and clsn's changed on some normals
Certain normals on cmd have chain combos,you dont have much kick to punch or vice versa options tho
CHK used to be weird as fuck,its better now

It's almost frustrating to see you usually edit the same characters I struggle to edit.
Just like Heavy D, I already edited Lucy's AIR file and a bit of CNS to make a better logic of Light medium strong normals.
But you're definitely faster than me.

Actually, I slowed down it because Gui0007 had such a project based on Koldskool as well...

So, is it a pots character with CVS hitsparks? I'm not sure what style it is.

About 3max, I cannot confirm anything, but Kof Memorial tends to give hidden super moves to their characters, Lucy might have some, if she ever exist in this style.

Another Capcom Update,with Rowen's help,Changelist below
- xScale decreased.
- HitPause time changes.
- Backdash distance increased.
- Cross Punch has increased startup but moves forward slightly.
- Distance required for Close Stand HP increased.
- Raw Flame Chop has increased startup and damage and causes knockdown.
- Captain Uppercut damage adjusted, and it has slight forward movement before the jump so it's easier to cancel into properly.
- EX Captain Kick slows down Capcom on hit so the wall-bounce is easier to combo from.
- Captain Shoot tweaked with the hitdef fixed.
- EX Captain Corridor only does 1 hit and isn't as safe.
- Captain Fire tweaked and now has a MAX version.
- Captain Storm damage decreased.

seems like her crouch medium and strong kicks have the same speed. (I have not checked in detail)

Feedback on Goku (It's a brute of a list so get ready):

1. Mashing Standing LP (Far and Close) doesn't hit because there's too many startup frames. There should be about 2 or 3 frames of startup which is the norm for PotS.
2. Standing MK's damage is the same as the Standing LK's.
3. Standing HK uses a Punch hitsound.
4. He needs more cancellable normals, mainly for his Stand LP and Mediums, since comboing is very awkward without them.
5. Both throws have their directions (Left or Right) reversed, this is mainly for the 2K throw though.
6. The time between the two fireballs from QCF+P should have a decrease since they won't combo most of the time.
7. EX QCF+P doesn't hit up close since the projectile is shot too far out.
8. DP+P could do with more distance with each button strength.
9. QCB+P lacks a hitsound on the first hit which could also do with some damage.
10. Normal QCB+P having random follow-ups is very weird. I'd suggest making them selectable with P or K.
11. QCB+P's 'teleport behind' follow-up doesn't combo in time.
12. EX QCB+P has worse distance than normal QCB+P.
13. Most of his EX Specials give power (QCF+2P being the exception).
14. Both LVL1 Kamehamehas don't hit in the corner (Air version only hits once).
15. LVL2 Kamehamehas could do with a slight damage decrease.
16. You can't cancel from LVL1 Kame into LVL2 QCBx2+K.
17. You can cancel from LVL1 QCBx2+K into LVL1 Kame, and LVL1 to LVL1 cancels aren't normal with this style.
18. LVL2 QCBx2+K needs more damage compared to the LVL1 version.
19. QCFx2+K doesn't connect when cancelled into from Kame.
20. Dragon Fist ending with a Light Hitsound is a bit jarring and kinda spoils it.
21. Last but not least, I'd highly suggest changing the movelist in the readme since it'll be both confusing and misleading because of the changes.

Hopefully I didn't overwhelm you, but I definitely noticed a lot of funny stuff.

Your Lucy's DP+Kick move is EX only for some reason, and Buntaro still doesn't lose meter when using EX moves.

The issue with Buntaro was fixed, but Lucy's DP+Kick is still EX only, even when pressing one kick button.

I don't know because she doesn't have a movelist with names, but it's her F,D,DF F + Kick move. It's EX Only even when i use one button instead of two.

I just downloaded all your characters. Bout to test them now. Any chance you gonna fix that Baraka big portrait?


Buntaro
-The timing on his counter is extremely tight. I can only get his EX version to engage...and that's barely.
-his lvl 2 "Ippatsu Ougi" wiffs after the first bicycle kick.
-His lvl 3 can easily be blocked and without an option to combo it's a big risk.
-His throw seams a bit misaligned and holding back doesn't throw the opponent in the other direction.

Lynn
-move list has incorrect command Dash Rekka and Koryu Kyaku

Baraka
-I can get half the moves on his list to initiate.
-LP blade spin can be punished even when it connects
-During throw, holding back doesn't throw the opponent in the other direction.

Nice about time we get a Krizalid. Also could put a changelog(or a date) for updated characters on the first post. I am having trouble remembering which characters I have of your are updated or not.

Daolong
-if you attempt a throw on an opponent before they get up, Daolong is stuck in his idle stance until he is hit
-I think half of his moves on the movelist are incorrect or don't activate at all(in fact this seems to be a recurring theme for most of your characters). Several characters don't even have one. Characters like Duck King especially need this because of his complicated super commands. Unless you changed them and I just don't know them. Btw, his lvl 3 does DINO DAMAGE!  :mlol:

Krizalid
-his wall pressure super has no hit sounds, doesn't connect with all the hits and causes the opponent to glitch in mutlple ways like being stuck in idle, stuck in down or stuck in the air if they try to jump.

All your characters have great potential, but you take some time and really dive into the details of each.
