I'm not sure what style it is.About 3max, I cannot confirm anything, but Kof Memorial tends to give hidden super moves to their characters, Lucy might have some, if she ever exist in this style.
You will get there,its same as gui's,just ex moves,and sparks swapped with hires ones,and maybe a lil smoother
