Seeing old people smoke is far more depressing than seeing teenagers doing it.There's an old guy who teaches Geology in my college, he kinda looks like a goofier, more flamboyant version of my father. Every now an then we see him smoking under a big tree, alone and with an empty stare. It's pretty damn sad, and makes my friends feel uneasy about smoking.I suppose the earlier you start smoking, the earlier you'll quit it. Or maybe you'll die younger, who knows. Either way you're unlikely to become a pathetic old fart, so it's alright.
