Evil Ken and Evil Ryu palettes and victory quotes

I figure since I'll have to remake all their palettes to go with the new unshared (from the effects) sprites, might as well package them with a brand new set of them. So if you may:



They also need win quotes for Mugen 1.0. I'd feel bad not only about giving them personality all by myself, but also about writing cheesy evil quotes. ;P
There was one thing Reu once said about how Ryu's lightning represents accuracy and Ken's flames wildness, would love to track that post down and implement them in a quote for each...

Dragon Claw's palettes still work, but if people feel like giving those a face lift it could be cool. No harm done either because both old and new palettes would be compatible.
