Removed the people on the boat besides one guy who put on a poncho to watch the epic battle. He wasn't going to miss seeing the fight even during a hurricane. Also added water splashes, lighting & rain. Battle Harbor stage also got a few tweaks. I should have an update for Ken soon to go along with the stages. That looks cool. You might consider lowering the delta on the boat on the left, and follow suit with everything behind it. The boat kinda looks stuck to the floor right now, but if you lower the delta it will bring more depth to your stage. The boat on the right looks like it's hovering over the water, you might consider adding a dumby layer of water in front of it so it looks like it's actually in the water. Other than that, I like it a lot.

@ExShadow & @Vegaz_Parrelli I actually updated it on the same day of release to add water turbulence to the boat farthest in the back. Your probably right about the delta on other boat. I plan on making the Super Street Fighter version of the stage one day & when that day comes I'll be sure to tweak these stages again for the release.
