I have some hopes for that season:

shikabame hime by gainax should be a decent watch, I have a special place for hell's angels. If I had not watched the drama already I mighteven care for nodame cantabile parihen, Kanagi and today in class 5 look interesing though they will be hopefully eclipsed by clannad (which I am also waiting for); Skip beat means a decent shoujo since a while and I might as well just watch lucky star for a few laughs.

haven't read about the others, but i am anxiously waiting for season 2 of rosario + vampire

I agree, I'd even say it's second (Or maybe third) place in my comedy anime list.
First one being Cromartie and maybe a tie or slightly below Sexy Comando Gaiden Sugoiyo! Masaru-san, depends on the rest of the episodes.

That reminds of all the times that I told people to stop watchig gantz after episode 21. I had ot decide whether to start code gayass, lagann or frontier; I started frontier.

A lot of people did not like the manga because of the lack of a main character; which is what I liked about it in the first place.

Bumping this topic for the last time just to say that haruhi fans are getting the finger again because ( thank god) munto is getting a tv series. Oh, and phantom of inferno, one of the few visual novels released in america is also getting an anime.

I'm a FMP fan ... and I don't get what you meant there.

I started watching Detroit Metal City, and I bought the 1st volume, which just appeared in France. Damn it's awesome, it's like the new GTO.

~~Tokyo~~ Kyoto Animation is the studio that makes Clannad, FMP and Haruhi. They make only one season of one of these series at a time. If one season lasts longer, the other series will have to wait longer to be done and to air.
Of course, the "take that" comment was fucking retarded, but you get the point.

Kyoto animation, iirc. They also made the last 2 fmp seasons (fumoffu and second raid); the take that is more like "poor fmp fans" as I also like that one ;the haruhi comment means that they are pushing haruhi back since to make munto;I don't dislike haruhi at all But I like munto a lot.
