I agree about the kiss with cap and sharon carter feeling like it comes abruptly but if you look at the scene closely cap was going in for what seemed to be a simple kiss on the cheek and she took advantage of the moment and made it an actual kiss probably because she knew she couldn't follow him from that point on and wouldn't likely get another opportunity. I feel like this movie does a ton of things perfectly but it also has things happen solely for the sake of plot for ex. the woman waiting for stark by the elevator felt like it was in just to be similar to the woman from the funeral in the comics I think it would have made more sense story wise to have her at least come to cap to make him doubt his own views a little but thats just a nitpick at best.
- I liked zemo's character but I agree an original character would have been less disappointing to fans of the character and zemo's my favorite villain from hydra although I wasn't a fan of baron struckers portrayal in AOU either, also I feel like if there had been actual guards or agents outside the room or in the room during his interrogation scene then his whole plan goes to shit
- The action scenes expand upon what was done in winter soldier but I feel like that movie feels more solid to people mainly because of how surprising the change of direction of caps character was in the film it made him a fan favorite more so than the avengers film did which worked great but I feel this film while not being as compelling story wise does have more appeal as far as multiple viewings go
