Oliver by Joey S. - 2
I sincerely apologize about this, but I refuse to let my Oliver remake be nominated.
I understand that it is one of my characters and I should be thankful for those who enjoyed it, but he was only made because I lost a bet and had to do a requested character. As much as I improved with him compared to my previous characters, I absolutely do not want people to think that he was my magnum opus.
The last thing I want to be known for is remaking the self-insert of some Youtuber who doesn't know any better about what MUGEN users can and can't do. I'm sorry, but that's just how I feel.
That being said, here are my votes:

Yeah, I'm quite disappointed as well. I initially thought it had potential, at the very least with salvagable sprites. Then I tested their Sylvie only to realize that an actually good Chae Lim was currently too much to ask for.
And now this? This is on par with, if not flat out worse than Chuchoryu's "CVS" Chae Lim.
Hell, whoever sprited this Chae Lim also ended up tracing Kim sprites and most of the heavily edited sprites look just as out-of-proportion as Chuchi's sprites.
It's a shame people don't give enough of a shit about Max Impact 2 characters, and what Dawn said sums it up perfectly.
I'd happily help out with an actually good version of Chae if she ever gets made by someone else. But until then, we have spriteswap trash.

Funky hotfix incoming:
(02/13)
- Metal Blade will now disappear after a set amount of time. This is to prevent near-infinites and total stage control on extremely long stages.
- Mega Buster is now chargable during normal attacks. This was an intended feature, but one of my triggers accidentally disabled this.
I hope this one doesn't get 1gb to download as the original one 
I'll test (and finally play) this char since the original was a no-no for what I said before
I've got you covered on that front.
By getting rid of all the unneccessary assists, visual effects and sound files, Oliver's file size should be approximately 11.3 MB.
You still can't get it on that one funny site, but why would you need to? My site exists for a reason lmao

After losing a horrible bet I made with my friends, I gave the MUGEN community a chance to choose what character I would do next.
Three months later, here we are.
I lost a lot of dedication for this character and even considered cancelling him, but a bet's a bet and I don't plan on giving up any time soon.
I hope you enjoy my first (and last) requested MUGEN character, the self-insert of Oliver as Latias!

Let me be as nice as I can when I say, this Shingo spriteswap is not that great.
- When compared to Troy's Shingo in test videos, some animations look like they have incorrect timing. Especially the idle animation where the frame Shingo blinks is barely even visible.
- Dunno why you didn't make more palettes besides the 4 that come with his sff. But to be fair Troy did make a red and black palette based off of my self-insert so I guess it checks out.
- LP and LK come out so. Fucking. Fast.
- Shingo Kick is misaligned.
- His Lv. 3 does indeed have missing sprites. Troy's Shingo never had alternative versions of that super.

While this Shingo is nice for having Troy's sprites, it's still Infinite's Shingo.
For now, I can only recommend waiting for Jmorphman to make their POTS Shingo using the same sprites.

"The CEO" is it a reference to some existing character ?
I know a bit about this creation so allow me to explain lel
All the sprites were made by Troy99, a really good friend of both me and Saltyy.
The full name of this character is actually "The CEO of KOF MUGEN", while its purpose is to make fun of the unoriginal and over-the-top nature of KOF MUGEN creations. Troy himself planned to send his own version of the character to SpriteClub, but it unfortunately didn't get accepted.
But uhhh ye keep up the epic cool and good work Saltyy :D

Feedback:
- You mislabelled the inputs for 2 moves
- "Gold Assault" is actually D,DF,F, (x+y)
- "Time Stop" is actually D,D, Start
- Standing Heavy is an infinite if you time it good enough
- Assists can be used with almost zero cooldown
- AI is surprisingly very weak (and most likely stolen lmao)
- It likes to whiff a lot of anti-air moves and almost never block
- It also likes to get stuck in the air
- Air chain combos do that funky thing where you can do one attack in the air over and over
- There's no damage dampening, so actual combos end up taking too much health
- I know it costs 5 bars, but "Time Stop" goes on for far too long
- Debug Flood everywhere
- Various things, like the Shun Gold Satsu, "Perfect" text and OHKO, are straight up ripped from Oliver and DS12. I respect that you credited them at least.
- The Barney winpose is... something? Golde just kinda pops back into view, probably because of a ScreenBound not being set.

Needless to say, this character is far from perfect. I would have gone over smaller things like frame data and the visual effects almost being seizure-inducing, but I hope you can take what I've listed into consideration.

Jokes aside, I unironically enjoy Max Impact. It's not likely but it'd be cool to see someone like Mignon Beart or Soiree Meira added.
New logo looks dope, Kyo gets parts from his best designs back, Beni looks like he stole Luong's clothes (but it fits him well) and Shun'ei still looks like trash lmao
Very excited for more news on the game. I just hope they actually animate Kim's pants this time.
