Well, my other two characters: The Pimp and Matt are on hold so I dug this outta my computer's files and finished.
Note:
-This character is based on Rock Howard
-Has Ichigo's Voice
-Has an after image

Looks like Rock Howard with a different palette. What else was changed besides the addition of an afterimage and the use of Ichigo's soundpack (which makes no sense)

This doesn't look worth a download.

EDIT: Oh god, it sounds like it wasn't even worth announcing.

The char's sounds are just off. His taunt sound effect lasts a lot longer than the actual animation. He only has one technique, the Reppuken. He has no air attacks. His supers are ok for the most part except they deal additional damage when the opponent hits the ground. I haven't gotten deep into the char, but it looks kinda half assed.
