So, before i say anything else, i would just like to say that i'm not a very good coder, nor am i a hardcore fighting game player.
These edits are basically stuff i've been working on in my spare time (with a lot of help, of course),
So i ask that you please understand when i say that i honestly can't promise that any of my characters will be high quality & incredibly accurate to the source material, & that i cannot promise a super consistent update/bugfix schedule.
With that being said, i hope you enjoy what i do manage to put together out of these edits, & i appreciate/welcome any feedback.

6/26/2020 update:
-Changed Shippuken to hit overhead, like in Real Bout
-Fixed/Changed audio of special intros & added new ones
-Changed MP/HP Reppuken to 96' style (Double) Reppuken, taken from DivineWolf & SilentRipper's Eliza
-Re-added POTS's original small portrait (thanks to Foobs & Ryu Hoshi/Ryuu for the color separated version)
-Screamed in agony as my computer blue screened on me as i was trying to work on the update.
-Some other misc. tweaks
-I have got RB1 Jaieiken to hit, but it’s still disabled since i haven’t gotten the FX to work with it yet.
5/20/2020 update:
-Changed MP & HP (Double Shippuken) Shippuken to behave more like EX Geese from KOF98UM.
-Changed some sounds around
-Probably some other stuff that i've forgot about
-Added RB1 Jaieiken (though it's currently disabled in the .CMD since it's not hitting & i haven't figured out how to make it hit yet)
First release:
-Added Flowerelik's color separation, along with some palettes by MightyKombat & JoeyTheTricky.
-New small portrait (Actually, it came with the CS, but still).
-EX Reppuken & EX Shippuken changed to be more like KOF XIV.
-Raimei Gouha Nage command changed to DP+K, like in KOF XIV & KOFMI2/2006/Regulation A (Actually, it's DP+P in those games, but Hishou Nichirin Zan has that command, so i compromised).
-DM commands changed, such as HCB+K command for Rashomon (KOF UM & XI), QCB,HCF+P command for Raging Storm (KOF XIV), & QCF,HCB+P/K commands for Deadly Rave (KOF98UM) & Oni Hanmon Raging Dead End (Also KOF XIV.)
-Thunder Break SDM replaced with RBS Raging Storm, which hits 5 times & hits on the ground, like EX/Nightmare Geese's Raging Storm in KOF 02UM.
-Changed the animation of Rashomon's DM version to more closely resemble it's KOF/RB2 animation (Or the final hit of the SDM version's animation).
-Raging Storm DM animation changed to (attempt to) more closely resemble it's KOF98UM/RB1 counterpart, & now only hits once (or twice).
^ NOTE: This change has (currently) been removed due to technical issues.
-CVS voices replaced with far too many voice clips from Fatal Fury/KOF games
-New specials intros with Len & Lord Brevon, & new special win outros with various characters/voice clips from KOF XIV.
-More win quotes from various games
-EX moves cost 1 bar of meter, like in KOF XIII & BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle.
-Zero Counter/Guard Cancel Blow Back is now HP-HK, like in KOF.
-Deadly Rave NeoMax is now an autocombo move, like in KOF98UM & the Neo Geo Pocket Color games.
