I hear there's a decent A.I patch for Sunboy's Magneto by the pacifist.
Is it still online and if so, where can I find it?

i dont gamble but i'm willing to bet it is just a sprite tease

and my own question...

are the only jin's out there by kong, sunboy, and noboyuki? and are there any move differences between the 3? (and please no one say, "the kong version sucks" because duh :P)

As far as I know, those are the only Jin's to date. 
Sunboy's Jin is six buttons and plays well but loose compared to Noboyuki's Jin who is four buttons with tighter controls and a better fighting system.  However,  Noboyuki's Jin is also incomplete so expect some small flaws.
Not sure about Kong's..

There's a Jin by Thomas Hsieh.  The differences is that Hsieh is based on MVC1, Sunboy based on MSH and Nobuyuki based on MVC2.

Anyone know a very good Yagumo that has been created yet?
One of them I found is missing sound.
Then the recent updated one I downloaded but whenever I try to use it it says

"put displayname in quotes"
"ërror: yagumo.def''

Open DEF, under "displayname =", put the name there in quotes.

I did that. and it still says this

''String value for name must be in quotes
Error reading yagumo.def
Error finding characters/stages.def"

But the .def looks like this:
