Seems it's in protected in a Zip that makes you use zlib.dll, meaning you can't fix codes, make palettes or anything.
And that my friends, isn't mugen anymore.

I have nothing against authors at all wanting to protect there stuff. Coding more importantly.Yep, well found my old account and dled.
