- Some of sprites look misaligned when you look at the feet, mostly in the normals. I think that most of those are based on Ryu's normal so you might use him as reference.
- The hurtboxes could be simplified but are not bad. However, the hitboxes have little to no priority, especially in the light and medium basics.
- While it's pretty nice that you used frame data from SFxT, you could actually compare Kazuya's to SFxT Ryu's to CvS2 Ryu's in order to get accurate CvS2 feel. SFxT is way slower than CvS2. You could use Shoryuken table for CvS2, but have in mind that the game is played at 3 star speed so you should divide most of the frame data by /1.25.
- He's missing Tekken's juggles. I'm no Kazuya player but I think you can cr.HP after Slaughter Hook and Demon God Fist after cr.HP.

Looking foward to the fixes.
I plan to get the Slaughter Hook to juggle in the next update. For some reason when it's under fall velocity (When P2 bounces back up without a custom state) it won't.
The other stuff is more probable like the sprites. I'll see about the hit/hurtbox stuff.

Slow but somewhat steady progress.
I've updated the Slaughter Hook with the Ground Bounce based from DW's Rock's EX Rage Run.
The New EX move is the Sokushitsu Goda (Based from T7) replacing the re-used D,DB,B,p Moves.
Lastly the Demon God Fist sprites have been replaced by newer ones found in Chuchoryu's newer version and Zabujca Milan's version (The latter being what I imported from).

I've still gotta finish and refine his Normal/Target combos mind you.

I messed around with the first beta.
Seems alright. Haven't found any bugs with it yet.

Just tweaks, alongside some updates to his Normal Target combos along with a couple new ones (The new ones being WIP).
I'll start making real progress once my next edit is out.

Changed the D, DB, B, p EX from Sokushitsu Goda to Twin Pistons (normally locked behind Devil mode, so the extra requirement makes sense) which launches. EX Spinning Demon's also an OTG now ala Tekken 7.

He's set to have Super Armor for this move and Demon God Fist, but he'll have invincibility instead for the release. I've tried using Armor Code from Kamekaze and Buu Z2 but I pussed out. One day... one day for sure...

- It's missing the voice clip of Kazuya yelling while he's charging the beam, though that might have been intentional.
- I think Devil Kazuya fires the beam *just* too early. Ryu falling into frame and the beam coming out happen at the same time, so it sort of gives the visual that Ryu is landing on the beam.
- I personally feel like the beam itself lacks some impact, since it only hits once here as opposed to five times like in T7.
- An admittedly nitpicky suggestion, but I think you should add some sort of lightning effect around Kazuya when he's transforming. Both to make it more accurate to T7 and also to help mask the fact that him going from Kazuya to Devil and back just sort of "happens".

Otherwise, the move looks great. It animates well, the pacing is great and the punches feel impactful.

Well this project certainly has gotten somewhere. I'm glad you are taking the time to finish it. i haven't played with this beta yet but i will soon.

maybe the beam could multi hit?looks kinda weak as it is right now a little pause on the hit might make it better as well

Mushypepito tried to do one early in his career, but gave up quick.
