I'm searching for websites where I could find all KOF and MARVEL/X-MEN animated characters  or not?

Thank you Koopa! Where should I click to download all characters because some links are dead? And what all these colors (blue, black and red) mean?

Finally I prefer sprites sheets instead of animated characters... Do you know where I could find ALL KOF 98UM and 2002UM, MOTW, FATAL FURY characters sprite sheets with their attacks and special effects please?
