Hi guys, several years ago i tried to convert Demitri Maximoff to a cvs2 warusaki3 mugen char, but my computer die and i lost the files... Well, guess who found an old back up. I've changed the old spriteset (CFJ) to the original Darkstalkers, and added new animations. Code has no big changes. CVS2 Demitri beta version 0.97 new sprites: -new pre-fight intro (from Darkstalkers intro) -intro vs girls -dash -crouching LP -rolling -dodge -parry -midnight bliss super start (from Cross Edge) -midnight bliss transformation -diag up -guard crush -other minor fixes
need to fix: -midnight pleasure: works fine when you perform it from afar, but when you´re right next to the enemy, the bite reaction gets late. When you catch the enemy in the air, just the bites connect, then the char falls and the rest of the move doesn't work
-midnight bliss: blood drain reaction (from chars whose have the 9020 animation) is not correct. When it finishes, there's no bounce when you hit the floor.
-Timing and damage may be are not accurate to cvs2 standards

Secondly, 1. I'm not sure about that Custom Demon Blast, I'm more for Vampire Savior one where he dashes forward with his bats or the Alternative where he shoots the bats forward. 2. Some grunts on his normals play after the hitdefs.

Also, this character is using warusaki3's template or JZ? I am using warusaki3's stuff but I actually had to update his stuff a little bit. Stuff like accurate KO slowdown, Just Defend does not JD multiple shinkuu hadouken, etc... if you're interested just let me know I'll show you what I did.

I want to do Donovan or Gallford, but Poppy and Anita make things difficult for me. Honestly, i 'm just a casual gamer, but i loved CVS games since a saw the first one in an arcade cabinet in 2000.
In this case, i worked on a Warusaki3 base, but just because i started, ended and started again at least 2 times this char about 10 years ago, i'd like to try Jesusilla´s base for a future release.
I think is more fun you explore the posibilities with this char, the command list is on the first post,. he has chain combos, so... go nuts.
BTW, that Iroha looks great.

Well that’s another Last Blade character added to the roster of Cvs2 or Pots style cast of fighters. By the way do you use the Waruski3 patch to remove the groove bars or do you disable them just like Bluestreak and many other of Jezuillaz’s characters (apologies for getting his name wrong).

I think Robert and Demitri has the same problem, i´ve been looking where's the problem but i can´t find it :mcry: once i figure it out i'll update them. (also because a youtube user found a very ugly glitch on Kaede)

For the Demitri, I honestly prefer CFJ's Sprites of Demitri, because original darkstalkers makes him look like a dwarf to me not gonna lie XD, but its a good Demitri.

I'm not a Midnight Bliss guy, but I really like the fact you give default options to make it compatible with any character. Man, your progress here is incredible.
This Demitri will be something!! To be honest it looks way better than any official version. including SVC.
I would be cusrious to see your method of spriting. Can you show some WIP steps -how you create a sprite -how you edit SVC into CVS
I would love to have a looks at that.
Also, if you need more help for cape movement don't hesitate to ask again. ;)
