A quick edit I made to the BS0 version of the add004basic lifebar (update 20190325) made for use with the Custom version of LEGACY by NOZ. I also added the SF4 Super KO sound for extra seasoning.
I had this lying around for nearly a month or more and kept forgetting to upload even though I've reminded myself one too many times.
With the Legacy SP in it's folder, insert the Files into the folder, merging with the data folder. If nessecary be sure to insert the original add004 content first.
Recommended Process: Update your chars' SFF version and insert the 5 Portraits, then use add004pie.exe on these chars, and you're good.
I made this to prove that Add004 can be edited and use custom ports just like any other lifebar, and for inspiration purposes. That being said, don't expect perfection by any means of the imagination.

If this is to do with the portraits, it should be alright since I didn't use the 9000,0 portraits for the lifebars.

Man I know I'm late but I'm so happy you did this bro! I was hoping it would work! My favorite screen pack still to this day! I still use the old one he has too but I plan to go ahead an put all the work into that screen pack once I finish up with these chars. Or.. maybe I should tend to the add004 and take a break on the chars... lol

I'm just interested to add the splashes to the chars when a stage has water, nothing else, is that possible ?

I didn't do that, that seems to be add004's thing when Shiyo's water stages are used.

Your work is very very good and thanks. I use this life bar in my LEGACY!! but I have question.when I use "big roster custom" and after add your add-on, then select stage screen window is disappear.

might have to check in the system.def for the roster version. the lifebar might be only compatible with the roster it defaulted with.
