You cant zoom on the background, you need to replace it with a custom bg.
A zoom is basicly just to change scale of the charactes, just make you opponent go into a custom state, witch enables a angledraw (you scale with that one), make the background a helper and scale that and aswell as the character.

thanks for the tip , I' ll try that ... if I do a superBG , I' ll have just to change the scale of P1 and P2 no ?

One more question , I must change the scale of each characters ? Or is it possible to change the scale of them both at the same time ?

You'll have to zoom both characters. If you want to check the effect, download my Pocket Zangief or Pocket Gouki to check it out.
I this case I'm only zooming P1, though.

zooming p2 is unfair and will result in issues if he has super armour.

To be able to zoom p2 he'll first have to be in a custom state. To do that you have to hit him, this will knock him out of any move he's in, or cause whatever move he's in to be buggy because it's not set up for super armour.

If they are set up for super armour, p2stateno in the hitdef won't function.
