Does the survey ask about online play?  Because if it does then it's possible some of these people resort to that due to lack of local community or money to attend a local.

I don't know, that's all the info I got from someone I know who donated money for this and voted in the poll.
Not that it matters, I'll probably try the new characters for a week or two and then completely forget about this game in favor of BlazBlue CP or JoJo.

Out of those four?  Eliza.  Third preference is better than no preference, but I was expecting some better also-rans than Aeon, Minette and Annie.

How the Fuck did Aeon make it to the top 4 I've seen like maybe 3 people ever even mention her as a character they wanted hell at this point she's probably already won.

She has a pretty silent support on Tumblr from what I see.

Certainly am surprised that Stanley got dethroned, I expected him to replace Annie in the voting.

Yeah I thought Stanley would stay in it, even though I don't really like him. I'm disappointed that we can't atleast have Faust or Beowulf. The game does need more grapplers/big guys, but I guess I figured that people wouldn't pick based on needs.

I hope Eliza or Annie wins now, but I prefer Annie.

With all the interesting and out of the ordinary choices they went for

A mysterious witch/god animu character that shoots out the cast

A loli with a sword

An egyptian lady with a blood fetish

An animu maid that falls around

Why go for this art style to then use those, ugh.
