why so? 1/2 the reason to buy  a fighting game is when it has an intresting cast of characters , Skullgirls doesn't have any character that intrest me at all , the game has the most boring cast I've ever seen in my life

That's just your opinion, just like my opinion is that I love the cast of characters (except maybe Double). I just sat down for a while with the game last night, and I realized how much love was put into the initial eight characters, and I found that I enjoyed playing as all of them equally (except maybe Double).
